may be amended from time to time, apply to all our services directly or indirectly made available online in our site https://PEXP24.com.
By accessing, browsing and using PEXP24 platform you acknowledge and agree to have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set out below (including the Privacy Policy).
PEXP24 is by nature an information society service i.e. platform that is in compliance with Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and the Information Society Services Act (InfoTS).
Responsible service provider under these Terms of Service is PEXP Ltd.
1. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
1.1. The PEXP24 platform is an online exchange program that enables 50+ years old members around the world register their accounts for service
to exchange accommodation between registered members. Members may act both way as host or guest or choose only guest role if hosting not possible
due to certain limitations.
1.2. When registering you should be ready to host other members at least during one of most convenient month per year. This means you shall ideally
have extra free bedroom or separate building for your guests. Once registered and validated, you can start searching locations of interest
(target country or city) to find members available for accepting your exchange on your desired dates. If You not planning to initially travel,
but just want to host interesting members at your home, then you can set up your profile and wait for exchange requests. If you are comfortable
with a member request and dates, you can accept exchange request. Then requestor needs to commit it and a successful exchange is done.
1.3. When hosting guests, members earn platform credits (PEXP24 points). Those points can be later used for redemption of your visits to other members.
1.4. As Pensioner Exchange Program™ is intended not to discriminate by region there is no rental fees on the swaps and no money is paid out to
participating members. Initially a new member in order to have one way exchange e.g. stay at other members place and has not earned PEXP24 points yet,
need to buy PEXP24 points, that is measured in exchange days – 1 (one) day has fixed value of 10 points per person.
Points can be purchased with price 1€/point or earned by hosting exchange members. For one day of hosting one person, member can earn 5..8 points
depending on exchange conditions (duration, additional services if used)
1.5. Recommended minimum exchange is minimum 5 (five) days and maximum 90 (ninety) days. The future of desirable exchange dates shall not exceed 9 (nine)
months from the present moment.
2. PLATFORM USAGE AND MEMBER VERIFICATION
2.1. For registration and usage of your PEXP24 account you need to insert certain personal data, as first name, last name, email address, phone number,
citizenship and home address. To use certain features of the platform, you have to provide additional information, including description of the property,
available dates for accommodation exchange and profile pictures.
2.2 For security validation you have to present your selfie photo holding government issued identification document (ID-card). Your personal data
including full name and exact address are kept confidential and are only released to members you have accepted exchange with.
For some regions other means of identification could be possible.
3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
3.1 You have to register an account to access and use certain features of the PEXP24 platform, such as publishing your profile information and searching
locations of interest to find members available for accepting your exchange on your desired dates.
3.2 You can register an account using an email address and creating a password, or through your account with certain third-party social networking services,
such as Facebook or Google (account older than 3 months is essential).
3.3 You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process and keep your account and public profile page information
up-to-date at all times.
3.4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and may not disclose your credentials to any third
party. You must immediately notify if you know or have any reason to suspect that your credentials have been lost, stolen, misappropriated, or otherwis
compromised or in case of any actual or suspected unauthorized use of your account.
3.5. By uploading any materials (photos/images etc.) onto PEXP24 system you certify, warrant and agree that You own the copyright to the photos/images
and that You agree that PEXP24 may use the uploaded photos/images on its website and as PEXP24 at its discretion sees fit. By uploading these
photos/images You fully accept legal and moral responsibility of any and all legal claims that are made by any third parties due to PEXP24 publishing
and using these photos/images. The truthfulness, validity and right to use of all photos/images is assumed by you and is not the responsibility of PEXP24.
You warrant that the photos/images shall not contain any viruses and inappropriate materials and does not infringe any third party
(intellectual property right, copyright or privacy) rights. Any photo/image that does not meet the aforesaid criteria will not be posted and can be
removed by PEXP24 at any time without prior notice.
4. PLATFORM SERVICE FEES
4.1. Platform will collect a fee of 1..3 points per day per person on swap transactions.
4.2. If two members without PEXP24 points want simultaneously swap, then platform fees are collected on top and part of exchange
transaction and no points are awarded.
4.3. Once a member has participated in exchange program as host he/she will be awarded platform points, this can vary from 6 to 8 PEXP24 points per person per day.
Once points credited to member, then member can start to use those credits for its own accommodation exchanges.
4.4. Platform does not convert or pay platform points out in money.
4.5. Exact points will be calculated and displayed before accepting exchange.
4.6. Platform service fees and platform point’s calculation example:
Cost of each day is 10 PEXP24 points for first 30 days, and starting from day 31st 7 PEXP24 points per day.

5. PEXP24 POINTS EXPIRATION
5.1. When you have not used your earned PEXP24 points during last 3 (three) years after your last accommodation exchange,
PEXP24 points will be expired. Points purchased do not expire, but will become void if account is closed,
a can be refunded only up to 3 months from purchase date.
6. TERMS FOR HOSTS AND GUESTS
6.1. Members agree to cooperate with in good faith. Host has to provide complete and accurate information about offered accommodation. Guest is
responsible for leaving the accommodation (including any personal or other property located at the accommodation) in the condition it was in when arrived.
7. EXCHANGE MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION
7.1. Hosts and guests are fully responsible for any modifications to a exchange process that they make via the PEXP24 platform.
7.1. On commit pending states host or guest could no longer cancel the exchange unless guest valid proof of denial of visa or no means of reasonable
transportation, in such cancel platform collects 10 points from guest and awards half of it to host.

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
9.1. Differences which have arisen shall in particular be the subject of negotiations. Disputes shall be resolved by the parties in accordance with
the laws and regulations of the Republic of Estonia.
